Our contributions included:
- Guest Engagement & Activation Staffing – Hosts and hostesses managed interactive attractions including the “Become a WWE Wrestler” simulation, immersive themed escape rooms, and a dedicated WWE exhibition space.
- Atmosphere Creation – Staff were selected for their ability to channel WWE’s fun, energetic identity while maintaining high levels of professionalism.
- Operational Oversight – Shine supervisors ensured seamless coordination with organizers and smooth daily operations across all attractions.
- Crowd Management – Experience Assistants supported visitor flow, minimizing wait times and maximizing enjoyment.
- Hospitality Touches – Dedicated Gahwaji servers offered guests a cultural and welcoming layer of service.
