Shine was born in 2020 as a result of the ever evolving and growing events, entertainment and hospitality industry in the Kingdom. We witnessed a need for the up-skilling and delivery of key frontline and operational staff, to support some of the leading events and experiences within the kingdom.
At the same time, we understood that Saudis have a natural gift for hospitality, something ingrained in our culture. So, we set out to not only meet the
market demand for skilled event staff but to also showcase the authentic Saudi warmth to the world.
