Shine Museum Returns for Its Fourth Edition: The Gateway to Noor Riyadh

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, 12 October 2025: Shine, a leading and multi award winning staffing and recruitment company in Saudi Arabia, is launching Shine Museum: 4th Edition—Shine’s way to hire for the biggest light art festival in the world: Noor Riyadh. Shine Museum is a concept born out of a quest to hire individuals with a passion for art to participate in large scale museums and festivals and to partake in Saudi Arabia’s growing creative economy. Shine executed this concept by turning their office into a museum by displaying art pieces, opening their doors for the general public, and inviting them to participate. Candidates would apply, receive an invite along with a document that contained the artifacts’ historical backgrounds and instructions. The concept was simple: memorize the information, practice sharing it, and come give us a tour.

This unique approach to recruitment stems from the company’s belief in breaking corporate boundaries and opening doors to creative freedom, allowing talented youth to show their full potential. The idea was born in 2023 when Shine were hiring for Noor Riyadh; Shine set out to hire more than 450 Saudis for the roles of Art Explainers, Tour Guides, and Workshop Facilitators, setting up a standard of art fluency that would allow them to convey the festival’s wonders to its visitors. Shine then realized that traditional interviews do not provide adequate insight on roles that require immersive storytelling and audience engagement, especially guiding tours or explaining art. From there, the idea of Shine Museum was born: an immersive experience designed to seek, adopt, and empower talent.

In October of that year, Shine announced the first Shine Museum—the candidates’ gateway to joining Noor Riyadh. They acquired “ancient artifacts” and wrote historic backgrounds about them to be exhibited at the museum. This artistic open day was a big success, with over a thousand applicants, over seven hundred participants, with more than four hundred talented individuals joining Shine’s team in the festival. Participants expressed excitement and gratitude for being part of this innovative and immersive experience that allowed them to display their full potential, not limiting them to the back-and-forth questionnaires that traditional interviews could pose. Since then, Shine launched three museums for the Kingdom’s biggest art scenes such as The Islamic Arts Biennale in Jeddah and Noor Riyadh in Riyadh.

Shine Museum is now back for the fourth edition with correspondence to Noor Riyadh 2025, and Shine is once again inviting the public to visit their office to participate in this creative initiative and apply to join Shine’s team in the festival.

The Museum is one of many creative initiatives that Shine adopts to find exceptional talent to represent their clients, and ultimately their country, in the Kingdom’s biggest festivals and events. Most importantly, it is their way to connect to their community, spark their passion, and give them a stage to shine.
