From ticketing crews to hosts, hostesses, and site supervisors, the video highlights the talent that delivers exceptional guest experiences at one of the region’s most iconic festivals.

Drawing creative inspiration from Ocean’s 11, the film takes viewers behind the scenes as each Shiner steps into the spotlight. Every vignette reveals the unique strengths, personalities, and professionalism that define our growing community — a reminder that great events are made possible by great people.

Adding a special touch to the storytelling, Saudi football legend Sami Al-Jabr features in and narrates the film. His voice brings the narrative together, celebrating the passion and teamwork that fuel Shine’s success across the Kingdom.
